and Community Development Division

 The Family and Community Development Division
is responsible for operating the outreach centers in the nine county
service area. These centers serve as a central contact point for
low-income clients to find available resources and provide direct
emergency services. The division has expanded its operations by
developing, constructing, and managing multi-family and single-family
housing. Apartments are available in Windsor and El Dorado
Springs. There are nine houses
available for families in Clinton. All units are rent restricted and
available for income eligible individuals and families. The
Weatherization and Housing Repair programs are also operated within this
division.
